The unsung heroes of 1980's cinema......well, kinda. After drawing Teenwolf i felt the need to draw some more 80s movie human/animal hybrid freaks. OBVIOUSLY Howard the Duck was the next logical choice. Should have been the first really. A criminally underwatched and underrated film that even George Lucas refuses to talk about to this day. Why? Probably because it raised the bar impossibly high and in his heart of hearts he's never managed to top it since? And maybe a little bit due to the bestial romantic connection between human girl and duck man. Whatever. He IS a charming duck. Anyway, if you haven't seen it, do. Then maybe i won't have to talk about it so much. Doubt it tho.
Thinking about releasing these as a series of limited prints at some point in the near[ish] future. On second thoughts, turned them into iPhone wallpapers which you can download for free in the downloads section.
